Dr. Alex v. Frankenberg is a managing director of the High-Tech Gründerfonds, a EUR 262 Mio. seed fund dedicated to seed and early stage financing of young technology companies.

Previously he worked for the Siemens Technology Accelerator focussing on spin-offs from Siemens.

Since 1992 Alex held various positions in IT development, top management consulting and head of sales and marketing in an IT start-up.

He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. from the University of Mannheim.
