Waldemar Jantz, 51, has been a successful venture capitalist in Germany and the US for the past 21 years.

He has invested in more than 35 companies, of which 8 have gone public on NASDAQ, the Zurich Stock Exchange or the Neue Markt.

From 1984 until 1999 he was with TVM Techno Venture Management.

Prior to TVM, Waldemar worked for two computer companies in Germany in technical and marketing positions.

He has a degree as Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) from the Fachhochschule Reutlingen, a leading business school in Germany.

Waldemar is a director of Cube Optics AG, Dacos Software GmbH, Locanis AG, MergeOptics GmbH, P21 GmbH and Parsytec AG (chairman), a public company listed on the German Stock Exchange.
