Dr. Heinrich Arnold heads up the Innovation Development Laboratory of Deutsche Telekom Laboratories. Prior to this, he specialized in large-scale organizational and strategic projects at Deutsche Telekom.
Before his appointment at Deutsche Telekom AG, he worked for Mercer Management Consulting and as a member of the management team of the German/Chinese research company Bicoll Group. Arnold studied Technical Physics at Munich Technical University. He graduated with a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Business Research from Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich and MIT, as well as a Ph.D. in Technology Management. Dr. Arnold is a lecturer in Innovations Management, the author of the scientific book "Technology Shocks" on the management of radical technological change, and a member of the Innovation Leadership Advisory Boards of the School of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
