Martin Gebhardt is a German lawyer in the Munich office of ZIRNGIBL LANGWIESER (Rechtsanwälte und Notare). His focus is on IP and competition law and he has extensive experience representing companies in connection with IT-projects and joint ventures including mediation and litigation in copyright matters.
Mr. Gebhardt studied law in Freiburg and Munich. After achieving professional consultancy experience in New York and San Diego, USA, he started to practice in Germany. He is a member of The German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). Mr. Gebhardt wrote his PhD-thesis about mediation comparing US-American and Germany law.
