Scott Cullinane

Scott Cullinane co-founded Actionality in April 2005, after he and his partners privately invested two years of personal capital, research and development into the company’s conception. Today, Actionality is widely regarded by many industry players across Europe and Asia as having been the catalyst for fundamental changes in the way mobile operators and game publishers think about and execute mobile advertising campaigns around mobile content such as games and video.

Scott brings a great deal of experience to Actionality in terms of the management of disruptive innovations, software and network technologies and product development. Scott is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, investor relations, and partnership management with world-class game publishers. Prior to founding Actionality, Scott was an Investment Principal and Entrepreneur in Residence at Earlybird Venture Capital, a leading early-stage venture capital company in Germany. Scott’s responsibilities included investment management, technical due diligence, strategic support and operational involvement for numerous venture-backed portfolio companies. Prior to moving to Germany, Scott was a Senior Project Leader and Multicasting Network Engineer for Computer Sciences Corporation in the US.

Scott is married and lives in Munich Germany.
