Iris Ginzburg has initiated and now globally leads the Innovation Management ODIS Practice in IBM Research. IBM Global Business Services and IBM Research consult for clients on innovation management, including methodologies, assessments, process and organization design, while providing access to IBM's innovation practices.  Working with international teams Dr. Ginzburg has consulted clients in the communications, industrial and financial sectors in Europe, US and Asia; some are the most innovative enterprises around the world. Dr. Ginzburg is a global co-leader of a newly created consulting orientated community for service innovation and has been part of IBM's teams for the Global Technology Outlook (GTO) and Global Innovation Outlook (GIO). 

Dr. Ginzburg holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Management of Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to IBM, she held software development and research positions, worked for PwC Management Consulting, a large financial enterprise, and lead a startup in the mobile industry. She teaches courses on Services Management and Innovation, and Technology Innovation at the leading business schools in Israel
