John S. Lindfors is Managing Director of Goldman Sachs International and responsible for European Technology Investment Banking. John joined Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in 1993 and has worked in the London and New York offices.
Since early 2000, he has spent a significant portion of his time on technology M&A and capital raising transactions as well as being involved in covering a number of major European technology companies. He has led several European technology equity offerings in 2005 including the €540 million IPO of TomTom, the €130 million IPO of TradeDoubler and the €536 million secondary offering and new listing of Tele Atlas.
He gained a M.Sc. from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in 1993.
