Dr. Marcus Englert is Managing Director of SevenOne Intermedia and also Director Diversification of ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Germanys biggest commercial television network company. In 2001/2000 he was Head of the Board of Kirch New Media. From 1998 to 2000 he was Managing Director of ProSieben Digital Media in Munich.

From 1995 to 1996 Dr. Englert studied to receive an MBA at INSEAD in France. From 1994 to 1998 he was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group in Munich.

Dr. Englert received a PhD at the nuclear research institute CERN in Geneva. He graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) in Munich in Physics.
