Ute Gerbaulet has worked in Investment Banking for WestLB since 1993, where she has been active in Fixed Income, Derivatives and Equities.
In recent years she has structured and successfully completed numerous IPO's, Secondaries and Equity-linked transactions. Her operating range includes intensive co-operation with VCs and private growth companies through Private Placements. The most recent transactions include the Capital Increase of Fresenius, Design Bau’s IPO in Entry Standard, Secondaries of Masterflex and Stratec as well as Sixt AG’s Participation Certificate.
Ute Gerbaulet studied economics at the University of Saarbrücken and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, USA.
Since the beginning of 2003, Ute Gerbaulet has been responsible for Equity Capital Markets at WestLB.
