Erik Wenngren is Director, International Listings for Euronext and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Euronext Cash markets. In this role he is responsible for attracting international companies to list on the Euronext markets and for building relationships with other stock exchanges.
Erik has a broad, 20-year stock market and company funding experience having been a stock broker for Enskilda Securities and Swiss Bank Corporation (now part of UBS) covering institutional investors across Europe and Asia as well as running the equities divisions of one of the largest Nordic banks, Danske Bank. He has also been heavily involved in stock market introductions and privatisations across most markets in Europe in his role as Head of European Equity Capital Markets for Paribas in the late 1990’s. Erik is a very active Business Angel investor and has stakes in several, mainly UK early stage companies.
Erik has a BSc from University of Lund in Sweden, an MBA from Columbia University in New York and is a Fulbright Scholar.
