Dalia Prashker, Chairman, GRYP Investments
Mrs. Prashker has over 30 years of international experience in software and high-tech industries. Currently, Mrs. Prashker is active in a private investment firm with offices in Tel Aviv and New York City, specializing in seed and early stage investments in promising high-technology companies worldwide with an Israeli emphasis.
Mrs. Prashker is the former Co-Founder and Co-Chairperson of New Dimension Software Ltd. (NDS Ltd.) and former President of its North American (USA & Canada) subsidiary. NDS Ltd. developed, marketed and sold enterprise software solutions worldwide. NDS Ltd. had an Initial Public Offering on the NASDAQ in October of 1992 and was acquired by BMC Software of Houston, TX in June of 1999.
Mrs. Prashker currently serves on the board of directors of Ben-Gurion University in the Negev and the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Mrs. Prashker holds a dual B.A degree in Statistics and Sociology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
