Carlos Hernández Sande, Professor for Computer Sciencie, actually is Manager Director of the Innovation and Techlogical Transfer Center at the University of Santiago de Compostela and CEO of the first society of capital risk created by a Spanish university. From 1995 to 2000 was the Director of the Technological and Research Institute of the University of Santiago de Compostela.
